About

We do not teach you AI. We set it up and leave.

Webix is not an agency and does not sell programmes. We sit with a business, work out which parts of the week are worth handing to AI, set it up on the team's own machines around their own documents, and train the people who will actually use it. Then we get out of the way.

Webix — AI set up around the work you already do

Why we do not sell you a programme

It is a deliberate choice, and it is the reason the work is any good.

This job is mostly listening. Watching how work actually moves through a business, noticing the step everyone has stopped seeing because they have done it four hundred times, and being willing to say that half of what you want to automate is not worth the trouble. That does not survive being handed down a chain. So the person who scopes your work is the person who sets it up and trains your staff — nothing is passed to someone who was not in the room. An agency has to fill seats, so it sells you a programme; we would rather set up three tasks that are still in use next year than fifteen that get abandoned by March.

How we work

Six things that are true of every engagement.

We sell no software

No platform, no dashboard, no licence from us. You end up on accounts in your own name that keep working whether or not you ever speak to us again.

One number, and it does not move

You get the price in writing after we have seen the work, as one number — and it does not move afterwards. The thing owners actually fear is not the number; it is that the number will keep moving.

We will talk you out of things

Part of what you pay for is the list of tasks not worth handing over. It is usually the most useful page in the report.

Training means sitting next to someone

Not a recorded course. We stay until each person has done their task themselves, once, on real work.

The data answer comes in writing

Which tier, whether your work trains a model, where it is processed, and a one-page note for your own clients. For accounting and legal firms this is question one, so it is part of the job.

We guarantee adoption, not installation

Installing something is easy. If your team is not still using it 60 days later, we come back until they are, or you do not pay the setup fee.

What usually happens

The shape almost every engagement takes.

You have already tried it

Somebody opened ChatGPT, asked it to write something, got a paragraph that sounded like a brochure, and quietly concluded the whole thing was overhyped. That is a fair reading of the evidence you had.

Meanwhile your team is using it anyway

On personal accounts, with your documents, because it saves them forty minutes and nobody gave them a sanctioned way to do it. Most owners are surprised by the number when they ask.

We find the three jobs worth doing

Half a day watching the real process rather than the documented one. You get them ranked by hours returned, plus the ones to leave alone.

It gets set up properly and used

Right accounts, your documents behind it, on the machines they already use — then we sit with each person while they do it once themselves.

And it is still running next year

Which is the only measure that matters, and the reason the optional monthly plan exists at all.

What we will not do

Worth saying out loud, because plenty of this field does the opposite.

Invent results

You will not find testimonials or case-study numbers on this site, because Webix is early and inventing them would be both dishonest and, in Canada, the US and the UK, unlawful. When there are real clients willing to be named, they will appear here.

Sell you a subscription you do not need

Most engagements add no new tools at all. If you are already paying for ChatGPT or Copilot seats, the cheapest improvement available is making those work rather than buying more.

Automate things that should stay human

We set up tasks where a person still reviews the output. Drafting, reformatting, summarising, first passes. Not sending things to your clients unsupervised.

Who this suits

And who it does not.

Professional services, 5 to 50 people

Accounting and bookkeeping firms, law firms, clinics, brokers, property managers, agencies. Document-heavy work, where every firm does it slightly differently and no product covers it.

Owners who do not want to become technical

You know AI should be doing some of this. You do not want to learn prompt engineering, and you should not have to.

Firms that have already bought seats

If you are paying for ChatGPT or Copilot and nobody is really using it, that is the easiest engagement there is — no new budget, just making the spend work.

Not a fit: you want it fully autonomous

If the goal is AI that talks to your customers with nobody checking, we are the wrong fit and we will say so on the first call.

Fair questions before you book

The ones people are too polite to ask on the call.

What happens if Webix disappears tomorrow?

Nothing of yours stops working. The accounts are in your name, the setup lives on your machines, and every task has a one-page handover written for someone who has never met us. That is deliberate — we are not building a dependency, we are removing one.

Why are there no case studies on this site?

Because Webix is early in this line of work and we are not going to invent them. Fabricated testimonials are both dishonest and, under the FTC rule in the US, the Competition Act in Canada and the CAP Code in the UK, unlawful. When there are clients happy to be named, they will be here with their real names on.

So how do I know you can do it?

Bring a real document to the call and we will do an actual task with it there and then. That is better evidence than a testimonial, and it takes twenty minutes.

Can you handle a firm larger than 50 people?

Sometimes, but be careful. Past that size the constraint stops being setup and starts being policy, procurement and IT — which is a different job and often a different kind of supplier. We will tell you if we think you have outgrown what we do.

Start here

Bring one real document

Twenty minutes. We will do something useful with it on the call.

No deck and no forty-slide AI strategy. We will ask what your week looks like, tell you which parts are worth handing over, and be honest about the parts that are not.
